We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and aim to get your parcel out within 3-5 days depending on bank holidays and weekends.

Small parcel £2.99 up to 2kg

Medium Parcel £4.35 up to 20kg

Refund Policy

We have a 14 day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return you can contact us at louise.4545@k9cuisine.uk if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
